Tall, elderly women with short hair claims to have 36 years of experience but doesn't know how to cut hair properly.
First time I came here the girl with eyebrow piercings cut my hair and she did a surprisingly good job considering my hair was in bad shape when I walked in. Second time however, I don't wanna get anyone fired so I'm not gunna name them but they had me looking pretty goofy. I went back the next day to get it fixed and it still looked jacked up, choppy, lopsided. I'm wondering if I said something that offended them or they were mad at me for coming back the next day. For the money you're better off going somewhere else.
Service was terrible. The employees were visibly upset every time a customer came in and showed that attitude to them. One customer took issue with it and then they put him in front of everybody else to appease him so those of us there before him had to wait longer and it was all because they didn't want him talking to their manager when she came back. I was there on July 3rd, 2023 and the employees working were one woman with red hair, a smaller girl with dark hair and a taller woman wearing crocs. Hopefully their manager sees this and talks to them
Messed my sons hair up bad. Left hair all over his face. he's been getting his haircut since before he was one years old, he sits still and he's patient this was a 5 minute haircut.
Took my 1yr old here both service and haircut was great! The lady was so kind and sweet to my son she went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and we left with a cute haircut :) found our new spot!
