LA Nails in Mt Pleasant, MI

When visiting family I went in to get a French manicure I sat under the fans for over 30 minutes to find my nails not drying. I told the associate and they acted annoyed put my nails under a uv light quick and told me I was good. Went back in 35-40 minutes later to tell them my nails were still gooey and not dry. The manager or owner was unbelievably disrespectful to me saying I should have paid for an acrylic set after I had already paid more for a white tip and left a $15 tip. After that they took the white off but left weird white spots everywhere and painted clear only the clear was a strange light purple color and continued to be disrespectful. It wasn't even about the money but the fact they offer a service that doesn't dry. They should be out of business for the way they treat their paying guests. I'm so appalled and will never go back.

Very Disappointed! not a good foot massage. my feet are still very dry and scratchy. I do not have callouses, should not have been to hard to soften my feet. Too much money to pay for a nail polish job! when I called to talk to someone about it, they pretty much laughed at me. I will not return, there are 2 other great places in Mt Peasant to go to.

After waiting for almost an hour, it was finally my turn. All I needed was a fill. I asked for a design only on my ring fingers. When it came time to pay, it was $47! I asked how come it was so much, because I was charged for the fill, the design AND because they painted the tips of my nails as part of the design, do they double charged me and said it was two different types of design. I could've received a full acrylic set and design for less that that at my normal place! The only reason I went here is because my regular place is being remodeled. I will never go here again!

I went to LA nails because my usually place was unfortunately booked all day. I think the pictures pretty much speak for themselves. I went in with my friend. We both wanted pedicures and I needed a full set. So while they were doing my full set they did my friends pedicure. They finished my friends pedicure literally in not even 13 minutes what kind of pedicure is that? They switched between 2 people just to get my nails done and it still came out looking like a child did it. The shape is so so bad. It's chunky and wide. Not to mention the lines on my nails are scary bad. I'm literally embarrassed to show my hands right now. As she was putting the diamonds on I had to keep moving them closer together because (as you can see) she kept placing the far apart. And I had the picture of what I wanted showed on my phone to her the WHOLE time. I also wanted them longer and I told the guy that 3 times. And this is the length I got. Never again will I go to this s***** place. Not to mention the customer service was absolutely terrible. After they finished my nails I went to the front to pay and leave and she said your pedicure and I said no I'm good, she then laughed at me!!! And proceeded to speak in their language to her people. The only one who should be laughing here is me because this place is a friggin joke. I' don't care if they are the only place open , I will never go back. If I could give it double negative 0 stars I would.

Yesterday 11-9-21 I walked in the salon no one was in there. Rite away I looked for a price chart no where to be found I should of walked out then.. Anyway I asked the guy how much a pedicure and Manicure with a dip was he said 72.00 I thought a little pricey but.... No one is here so Ok I'll do it. Meanwhile my sister and Daughter walked in and both got pedicures ( still no one was in there) The Guy NEVER gave me a Manicure did not cut my cuticles did not soak my hands nothing... just started dipping rite away I thought ok maybe he is doing it different idk And I asked for a glitter dip as well on top of my color NOPE... So anyway Im at the point I'm just like ok whatever it will be cheaper that's ok with me get my pedicure done the polish did not match my nails I told him I didn't like it he basically shoved his shoulders like o well I was heated he charger me 75.00 witch is 3.00 more then what he said when I came in I explained to him the guy did not give me a manicure all he did was dip why is it more? O no we no give you mani you just said dip mani is 17.00 more so I kind of argue with him I said my polish isn't rite you told me 72.00 with mani I didn't not get a mani Long story short I was such a bad experience He charged my sister 27.00 for a pedicure NO MESSAGE HE CHARGED My daughter 23.00 My daughter is bigger then my sister So do not go here they are a bunch of RUDE SCAMMERS Thank You for reading
