Don't trust the wait times. I used the online app to check in. My two sons and I arrived early. but took 75 minutes for two haircuts. Their excuse was that one of their stylists left. why wouldn't their wait times adjust if it knows that one stylist departs at a certain time?
Today heather did my hair and she did fantastic. She took her time and did exactly what I wanted. She was really knowledgeable about products and very friendly. I highly recommend her!
Normally the treatment at Great Clips is very good, but today, it wasn't. It's probably one of the 2nd times I've ever had someone random since the one woman isn't normally there, but today was by far an experience that I won't be going back to. From the laziness, to not completing the full haircut, it was a joke with the one stylist named Jeff. Definitely didn't care about anything and sounded unmotivated the whole time. Thanks to him, I'll be going home with hair down my entire shirt for not placing the one piece of equipment on the neck, and I will also be going home with a different hairstyle than normal after he failed to understand me explaining what the word "blended together" meant when it came to getting a 2 and 3 on the sides. I will make sure to not go here again.
The man who cut my hair cut about half as much as I wanted but he barely showed me when he was done and sort of shuttled me off before I could really determine if I was satisfied. I felt rushed and like a burden. I went to a second GC the next day to reach the shortness I desired and told them about my experience. They told me that they do free cuts if the customer doesn't get what they asked for, but I apparently didn't qualify because I hadn't spoken up. Maybe that's valid, but feeling rushed, intimidated, and as though I wasn't wanted there doesn't seem like a great way to run a business either. I only gave 2 stars because I was mostly satisfied after the second cut.
So I was driving around looking for a place to get a haircut as I am new to the state of virginia.i drove up to this place went to open the door but it was locked.But the sign says closes at 8pm..A lady came to the door and opened it and said,we close at 8 I showed her the time which was 7:40and she said well im cleaning now.i said oh ok well ill never be back.Horrible customer service thanks for nothing.
