Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Littleton, CO

I called ahead and made an appointment for a perm. I was growing my hair out and was in the mood for something different. I called on Thurs and got an appt for Saturday at 1030. Friday at 1030 I missed a call from the salon asking if I was on my way... I called back and explained that I was working and that my appt was for the next day at 1030. At that point they gave me a 1230 saturday appt.

The stylist was appreciative that I was on time and seemed confident in carrying out what I wanted done to my hair. She took before photos, cut it, then washed it and rolled it and began processing the perm. All good... until the rollers came out... (she never asked me about what i had done to my hair before this and never brought up pricing) she took me back to the chair and my hair looked awful. I had previously bleached my hair so I knew I was taking a risk, but the stylist didn't even try to trim it to salvage the look... she sold me some curl cream, told me not to use it until the next day, etc...

I sat I'm my car disappointed that I spent 150 bucks to treat myself only to look like crap. My hair felt weird, I shrugged it off until a few hours later when I was sitting at home replaying the events in my head and realized that the stylist had never rinsed the neutralizer out of my hair... it's only supposed to stay on for like 5 minutes! (She agreed to do my eyebrows and forgot to rinse after she finished waxing)

I rinsed my hair and crossed my fingers. The next day I tried to style it and it was awful. I literally shaved my head to fix the issue. Now, I'm out $150, have no hair, and have curl cream that I'll never use.

I'm disappointed in myself, but disappointed in my experience and the outcome more. The stylist knew my hair looked like crap too because she sure as hell didn't try to take any after pictures.

Proceed with caution, or better yet go somewhere else.

Very disappointed; I made an APPOINTMENT for my daughter and I. We checked in and was told they were running behind it would be a few minutes. After 20 minutes, they called up a walk-in before taking us (who actually called and set up a time)!!!! After 30 min of waiting we left! WHATS THE POINT OF CALLING AND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT HONOR THEM? A month before my husband did a walk-in they told him 30 minutes but he waited 1 hour and 15 minutes...we are done with this location and Fantastic Sams!

I went to get my hair styled. Nothing like I wanted, cried all the way back to work. I have a holiday party tonight and so disappoint in what I got. I wanted light beach waves but got big full curls. The guy was nice. But for crying my eyes out, not going back.

Two thumbs up for stylist Dominique and Lacy. My 13 yr old daughter had her hair cut and colored by Lacy and she did a fantastic purple ombré on her- the first time they checked the color it had not taken very well and Lacy made sure to redo and made it right. At the same time I was getting highlights and cut by Dominique - very nice blonde highlights and a great cut.  I was impressed and will be back!

Awful!  Against my better judgement, but out of convenience, I went in yesterday to have my young daughter get a haircut.  After cutting my daughter's hair, the hair stylist asked me to sit in the chair for a second.  I was a bit confused on why, but I thought that she wanted to show me something.  Instead, she picks up a pair of scissors & CUTS A CHUNK OUT OF MY HAIR!!!  She said that I had a long hair that was bothering her and she wanted to "fix it."  Who thinks that they can just start cutting someone's hair without asking???? Now my hair looks awful as the chunk that I am missing is right in the front!  You'll be sorry if you go here.  It's VERY poorly managed and the hairstylists don't seem to have a clue what they are doing!!!
