I have been seeing Amy for 2 years now and she is the absolutely best! She's quick, efficient, and affordable. I am currently based in California and still make sure to build a trip in to get my lashes down whenever I'm in town. She is able to take very last minute appointments. The lashes are great quality and I can make them last up to 2 months sometimes. No frills simple salon with everything you need.
Bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions and just called to make an appointment, only to be told their lash technician leaves at 2 PM every day. The hours posted are only valid for manis and pedis. Say what? I work until 4 PM.
When I asked about a weekend appointment the lady on the phone said for me to contact Groupon for a refund. Thanks for nothing and what a waste of time. Now I am stuck trying to get my money back.
Ok so here's the thing, the customer service at this salon is 100% awful. So for that reason, I understand the very poor reviews and had been trying to find another technician to do my lashes. I have been to so many but none of them do my lashes as good as they do here. They always get me in quick so unfortunately I will keep going back. They are disrespectful of your time so you have to be very patient to go here. Also look up aftercare instructions on your own or they will probably fall out
