Don't bother using online reservation system. Both of the last two times I checked in online they allowed walk in customers to jump ahead of us in the queue and let us know the wait would be substantially longer. I will not be using their service moving forward.

horrible. my son asked for a mullet, and the salon lady cut the back completely off. he is crying in his room now. not to mention that he also got razer burn. completley messed up, NEVER. GO. HERE.

They weren't rude or anything, but I could tell the lady who cut my hair had no clue what she was doing and should have said something. The other women just kind of watched her butcher my hair. I don't think it's so dramatic to not want my hair to look horrible for several months.

Ketti, I apologize if you thought I was yelling. Certainly might need to check your phone but I can assure my tone stayed below 70 decibels. Of course I'm frustrated, after hearing how you spoke to me, quite literally exemplified an uncaring and dismissive attitude. Then you informed me you were already aware of the situation, as if you had spoken to the other stylists and perhaps they told you some story that was not my lived experience. So maybe you picked their side but really it's not about that it's about just being respectful and helping me resolve the problem.

Needless to say, I will not be visiting any great clips anymore. You might think, who cares, but my opinion WILL be shared with other in the community on the wadsworth location and the quail location. That even if they mess up your haircut and the service absolute sub-par.. they won't actually care to resolve it. Telling me I should have let them fix it? You mean the ones who messed it up? Who also gave me the most negative vibes? No thanks.

Please give me my refund so I can fix this mess.

Went in for a simple straight bang and walked out looking like a 2 year old went at my hair with scissors. Unevenly cut, and too short I motioned to where I needed cut and even showed a picture stating I wanted them under my eyebrow not in my eyes. They were cut ABOVE THE eyebrow close to baby bangs. Luckily I was able to get it fixed; never again. Only reason they got a star was cause $8 wouldn't have been a bad price if I had received what I asked for.
