The franchise owner for the Klahanie location in Issaquah WA has consistently raised their prices. Today, I paid $26 plus tax for a basic mens cut. The shop recently remodeled, so I guess we are being asked to pay for those expenses. I love my hair stylist, but at these prices, I might consider going to a full service salon or head back to a traditional barber.
For the second time I had a hairstylist argue with me about the haircut I'm requesting, not pay attention to my photos for reference, and give me a haircut I didn't ask for. I don't understand why it's so hard to listen to the customer when it's their choice to cut their hair a certain way. I came here just before making a flight out so I couldn't stick around to have someone else fix it the way I wanted and specified my cut to be and my usual place had over an hour wait time. This woman even argued with me about my stack length and that it wouldn't look good with my cowlick and then gave me a bob instead of a layered stack on the back...I have to get another cut or cut it myself because of the hair she left behind.

Omg. The energy here is so amazing! I love it. Walked in last min because I heard of a stylist here named Tiffany. She did a great job on me! Very meticulous! Which is appreciated coming from someone similar. Place is very clean and well kept. All the stylists here are so nice and welcoming. And seems like all the new clients coming in love their energy as well. If I could give it 5 stars I would. Don't think twice and run to this place for your hair needs.
0 stars worst customer experience. The workers were sassy and told me that what I was dealing with was not their problem. don't recommend for anyone, these people don't deserve your hard earned money!!!! Hopefully they see this and change their attitude in life in general
