This place is terrible! Absolutely unprofessional staff. There was a customer that had a younger child with and after they left the one stylist was openly down talking the parent & the child to a different client!! When checking out and saying thanks the staff just completely ignore you to complain about things to who may be the manager. Just rude! Even though we did online check in we still had to wait an hour. One of my sons were brought back right away but then they took 2 adults & 2 other children before my other children even though they had been checked in and waiting. Do yourself a favor & skip this place.
I hope the motto isn't still "walk right in" because although you're right there, physically in person, you get to wait for an hour if other people checked in online. It's incredibly off-putting to walk into a literally empty shop and be told "all of these people are ahead of you" Honestly, we go to great clips for the convenience, and because it's cheap. If we want to make an appointment, we'll go somewhere else. We ended up at Fantastic Sams. Got right in, my son got a wonderful haircut. We're done with Great Clips until you get rid of this "virtual customers come first policy". Buh-bye.
