Bought a Groupon for three spray tans intending to use one for my wedding, one to try it out prior to the wedding and just save he last one. When I called I was told only one person there can do spray tans which was a little inconvenient for scheduling. When I got there the woman told me she only had one shade--dark. I went ahead with it and it was really dark the next two days, but looked pretty good by day three. I asked the woman if she would be around the week of my wedding and she said she would. I called over three weeks early to make the appointment and was told she was off that week. When I explained my situation they had the spray tan woman call me. She said the only way she would be willing to come in that week was if someone else made an appointment. I just called Groupon and got my money back after that.

i don't yet know about the hair, but Primo has the best spray tan out there PLUS it's at an awesomely low price! The stylists work very hard giving you a custom tan; it's not just sprayed on by a machine. Do it!

I bought a groupon for a facial at Primo - hoping to find someplace close to home as an alternative to heading into the city. I was able to make an appointment for the day and time I was looking for and got a confirmation call, but here is where their good time management ended. I showed up 10 minutes early for my noon appointment and was told to wait as my esthetician would be with me shortly. I waited 30 minutes before asking the front desk person how much longer it would be. Mea Culpa - I know I shouldn't have waited that long. Anyway I was told that she was wrapping up her current client and it would be soon. I then said that getting a phone call when a service provider is running behind is appreciated and she told me she wasn't aware the esthetician was running behind. Finally a full 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was called back - with a short apology stating she had gotten double booked. Hmmm...that's a different story than I got from the person at the desk - whatever - I was thrilled to be out of the lobby. The service was okay at best - poor massage technique and very few questions about skin and desired results. And she spent at best 45 minutes. If you're looking for a facial in this neck of the woods - avoid Primo! I'll be sticking to the Aveda Institute from now on.
