DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR!!! completely messed up my boyfriend's hair WITH AN F-ING PICTURE & the freaking MANAGER cut his hair. had to go back and get the back recut because it was so uneven. terrible job just terrible!!!!
Walked in at 6:45. They don't close until 7:00. Was told they already closed cash drawer so I couldn't get a haircut. Horrible choice in customer service.
I'm extremely spontaneous with my hair and basically let whoever my hair cutting person is to do whatever they think will look good on me.
I checked in when I got there and there was only one person ahead of me. The wait took A LOT longer than expected. The ladies there were taking very long to transition between customers and chit chatting back and forth that caused them to get distracted. Needless to say I was annoyed.
However, once I was called and was getting my hair cut, my experience took a tune for the better. My lady did an amazing job with my cut, kept a conversation with me, and even blowdried/styled it but didn't charge me extra! She had really turned around my experience and lifted my mood. And, let's not forget that I walked out absolutely LOVING my new hair do!

Got a super cut and shampoo from Latoya! The ladies had me cracking up today! Lots of fun. It's great to see people who have fun doing what they do! Thankful I walked in with only one person in front me. Short wait.
O M G!!....I have been going back and forth for years between this salon and soeedway salon..and this is THEE 1ST time that I was COMPLETELY satisfied! Jennifer laid my hair out...I have a short cut...I like it faded in the back. I told her what I wanted..and she went to town...I am so pleased! She was very friendly and personable..the other young lady(dont know her name) was very nice too. And Jennifer explained product to me and by the end of my cut I bought shampoo, pudding, and edge control gel. I will be going to the Eaglecreek store from now on!
