Ok service, maybe we expect too much. Kinda picky with the kids. They are not the friendliest but happy with the haircuts. Parking is good, used condoms in parking lot. We had to walk over to enter business. Steady stream of customers, mid day, only 10 minute wait. Conflicted on 3 or 4 star. But maybe the parking lot is not their responsibility. So I went with 4
Not very diverse, and when you complain about it they'll ty and defend the person who messed up your hair, Carrie did my cut and it couldn't be fixed because the hair was already gone, they've lost a customer, won't even back

They need more employees working & they seem to focus & gear their customer service to online check in, need better customer engagement towards ones that don't check in on line, didn't feel valued
