if I could give 0 starts I would. worst haircut of my life literally. went in with hair below my shoulder. showed the "stylist" (used loosely) a picture of long layer cut and came out with hair just below my chin and botched. i have all different lengths and completely missing sections of hair. I've never seen anything like it. please spend the extra money and go to a professional. I'm devastated.
Great Clips in Holly Springs is really a great place. I had an excellent experience today and the Stylist (Crystal) was fantastic. She took her time, communicated well and did a really nice job.
I really wanted to make it work but they gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. I went in for them to fix it and they made it so much worse. I asked for a shorter style with some layering to thin out the bottom. The layers were choppy and chunky and I had complete shelving in the back. I went to another hair salon to fix it for the second time and they said it was some of the worst layers they'd ever seen. Some of the layers were even too short to fix. Never ever going back.
Clean, prompt and for the whole family. I like the 15min text so you don't have to wait there.
