I got the WORST perm in my life- I called & asked for a "wave or partial perm "as my hair is curly & did not need a full perm - been doing this for years in another state & just moved here
& was quoted $65
I believe it was Kayla- said no I had to have a full perm- she knew what I wanted- she burnt the hellout of it- my hair is ( was ) almost shoulder length- charged me $95
a week later I had to find a salon open on a Sunday to get most of it cut off as it looked like a bird's nest- this was in July
It is now Oct 1 & I am still conditioning it like crazy just to get it not so frizzy & keep pulling it back so I do not look like the maid in Rocky Horror
She didn't stop chatting the whole time even though I kept telling her I had a horrible headache, mostly because she was wrapping so tight

I walked in today for a trim. Nina washed my hair with purple shampoo and then dried it and did a simple trim. I'm very happy with the results. Nina is very nice.
The only reason I didn't give Fantastic Sams five stars is because they're not requiring everyone and their salon to wear a mask. For the most part, the stylists were masked but some of the customers were not. It may be a corporate policy to not require masks.
I got my haircut yesterday by Tabitha, she gave me layers and it was the best haircut I have gotten, and i used to go to love in hair only for haircuts. Really nice customer service and great hair stylists.
I thought I was going to initially be upset. I booked an appointment online and for some reason it didn't show up in their system. I thought They were going to turn me away, but they ended up fitting my daughter in. It wouldn't have been a big deal except we drove for 40 minutes to the salon for this haircut. A stylist named Tabatha ended up helping us. She was so nice from the entire time. She really listened to everything my 10 year old daughter had to say. We will definitely be making the drive again just for her! She's amazing!
