I've been coming to this particular shop for a number of years . I checked in online today like I always do . When I got there the girl asked me if I had a preference for stylist . I pointed to two of the stylists that I've used before and said either one is fine . She said okay whichever one is open first they will call you and I said that's fine . So I sat there for 15 minutes or so and waited and someone came in after me and sat down less than 5 minutes and one of the stylists who was supposed to call me called him instead . I pointed out to them that I have been waiting for at least 15 minutes or more and that I was supposed to be next . The stylist That was supposed to take me was Nina . They said that there was some confusion and I said just ask the gentleman to sit back down because he just walked in the door basically and I've been here for 15 minutes or more . And they would not do that and just kept making a bunch of excuses . I was not happy to find out that Nina's attitude was absolutely terrible . She did not care about my concerns at all she was okay with me to continue to wait and I thought that was an appropriate and inexcusable . I gave them a solution and they wouldn't do it I said either you cut my hair next and asked the gentleman to sit back down or I'm leaving and you're going to lose a customer . They chose to lose me as a customer . So I went to another shop and had my haircut and they did a great job so I'll be going back there . Your team basically did a terrible job they didn't do the right thing . I gave them a solution to the problem and it was quite easy but they didn't care about me as a customer they don't value me . So I just thought you would like to know that I won't be back
This is the third Great Clips we have tried in the past year and I would say this is the best experience we have had. They did not offer the same discount the other locations had but the haircut by (Terri) was the best of the 6 or so Great Clips stylists we have had. We will definitely return even knowing that the experience depends on the stylist you get
Nina took very good care of me and my mom. She is an experienced stylist working in a very busy salon and she still had attention-to-detail and friendly attitude. No doubt she will be my recurring stylist from now on. Thanks Nina!!
