I went in and asked for a chin length layered bob and walked out with a very short soccer mom Karen cut. it is WAY shorter than I asked for and she just kept ignoring me and not listening to me when I asked her to stop going so short. I would never send anyone here, they are awful and I cried when I looked in the mirror. this is the worst cut I have had in 20 years.
asked for 2 inch's off. she cut off 4 then cut the rest 2 inches. now i have uneven hair. never going back
Don't think the stylist consulted past visit log; husband got a 1 length buzz cut all over, didn't leave longer front as requested.
Had a wonderful experience today with my kids. I should have gotten the name of the person that did their hair, because she was so good with the boys. So happy!
Very happy with the hair cut I got this past week at Hoyt Great Clips. I also was impressed with the sanitizing that was preformed by the stylist and I felt very comfortable and safe. They explained to me the protocol that they were following including fresh washed cape and sanitizing their tools and chair after each customer. Everyone was wearing a face covering thanks Hoyt Great Clips for keeping me safe!! I'll see you soon!
