They started to cut my son's hair but refused to finish because they claimed I was being rude. We had to drive to Desloge to get his hair cut. I was just trying to tell the girl to start cutting and I would let her know how short after I see the length. I didn't know what the numbers meant.

My dad is 84 and can't find the energy to get out much. So, today he felt like getting his hair cut. He was just want a trim, so thought I would chance it and take him here. I should not have expected much. We arrived 10 minutes before closing time, but the staff were inside cleaning up. They didn't even acknowledge we were at the door for several minutes. I know I shouldn't have expected much from Great Clips, but he they could clearly see he was standing with a walker. The rudeness of this staff is unimaginable. One of them finally looked up and yelled, "You ain't gonna get a hair cut." They were set to be out of there before closing time, and I watched them turn the lights out at a minute before closing. By the look of them one was trying to make the front of the line at whatever local buffet was about to open and the other was itching to hit the crack pipe at home. So maybe, blessing in disguise. Thankfully there is a good Sport Clips nearby that is super helpful and a great place to walk in for a haircut! They got him right in and k ow how to treat people with respect.
