Only gave one star because 0 isn't an option. They up-charged the pedicure after my girlfriend asked for the basic. Then they was looking in her purse after she said she was paying with card and they asked for the cash they seen in her purse as a tip. She said they was very rude and she wouldn't recommend!
My 81yr old Dad was just upcharged $20 on a basic manicure by Jenny. I personally told the nail tech 3 times just the basic service. Usual price is $40 plus a $10 tip. This was his 3rd trip to this business. This trip was $60 plus a $10 tip, she said a for a wax which was not asked for. He has very sensitive skin so no need for any upgrades. They just lost myself and my Dad as good customer's over $20! STAY AWAY!!
I got my dip nails done here a couple weeks ago while I was biting and all I have to say is wow. Never been treated kinder than I had at this store, especially Leelee who gave me the cutest nails ever and was so sweet the whole time. 10/10
I will NEVER go back. I got a gel mani and by the next day they had all peeled off. I work long hours and live 30 minutes away and called and asked if they could fix it but said I couldn't come back until the following weekend. They said that was fine and they'd fix it so I drive over to show up and then tell my I had to pay for them to fix it. Even though the manicure didn't even last 24 hours. They were all rude to me as well.
