Great Clips in Eden Prairie, MN

I went to this location for the first time with my adult daughter with autism. The manager was very nice and did a Great job cutting my daughters hair. I was very pleased with the entire experience and love my daughters haircut.

I had experienced the worst stylist ever at Great Clips, Eden Prairie. Our stylist was disrespectful and rude. To her it seemed that we didn't know what we were doing. She said, "next time bring a picture."

Worst haircut of my life. Hair grows back, but I've never had such a bad stylist. And worst part is she didnt care. Just trying to grind as many people through her chair as she can

I've been getting my haircut here for over 5 years. The stylists are always pleasant and professional and I always walk out looking a lot better than when I walked in. My hair is a bit curly and crazy but they manage to get the best out of it. I don't have a favorite stylist and results are consistently good.

There is nothing less than 1 star, else I would have chosen that. I had the same experiance as another reviewer. There are better salons, but I used to go to Great Clips for the app they have, which helps to avoid the long wait time. But I had a horrible experiance due the app which wasn't refreshing the wait time of my booking properly and the stylist's intentional manual cancellation of my booking. Today I booked an apointment, it was initially showing 77 mins wait, even after 45 mins had passed it was still showing 56 mins remaining, there was a glitch in the app as it suddenly refreshed to 1 min. After seeing the wait time changed to 1 min I started heading to Great Clips which takes 10 minutes, when I reached GC, my name was already removed and the stylists were rude and pretended that there was never a booking in the system. By looking at the other reviewer's experience, it seems they manually removed my name as they dont want more customers since it was nearing closing time. 2 stylists and the lady in the cash register in almost unison were saying the same thing: that it was my fault as I should not have trusted the app and showed up the earliest possible time and waited for my turn, I dont understand the use of the app then. It's more of an app issue that became a staff issue, as the staffs were dishonest it seems by deleting the name and pretended that its my fault. I don't recommend this salon at all.
