I always get a good looking cut at Great Clips, but today I was suprised when I tried to redeem my free veterans haircut. I got this card last Veterans Day and when I looked at the card today it shows it is expired in 2022, and they will not accept it. Got me wondering if they were handing out the wrong cards.
If I could give this place less than one star I would. If you want a nice, even haircut, that is exactly what you asked for, go somewhere else. The girl who cut my hair was from another store and she just wanted to leave, so needless to say, she messed my hair up so bad I am going to have to pay someone else to correct it
Pretty disappointed...went as 2nd choice because other options were booked...only go twice a year and asked for 2 inches off...hair was wet so couldn't tell what she did..when I washed and blow dried next day nothing had changed...ridiculous...I was told by my sister they always cut less so you have to come back more often...this one just lost me forever
It was horrible. I payed $14 for a 13 year old(me). I said size 6 for the part that goes on the blade and i got a hair cut the size of a 2. Overpriced and bad. I dont think I'll be going back to get a hair cut from this great clips again.
