Elite Nail Spa in Dayton, OH

Quality of work might be better if they weren't in such a rush to get you out of the chair and the next customer in. Very disappointing for a 92.00 mani/pedi.

My 2 friends and I went in to elite at around 2:30. We all were getting full sets and taken back to start our soak off after about 15 mins of waiting. As we sat there FOR 2 HOURS we were not spoken to or checked up on at all. They took our first friend and started her. The same nail tech proceeded to do all 3 of our nails at the same time. mind you we showed them picture and were very thorough about what we wanted. I was finished first and my nails were NOT shaped at all and are smudged and have bubbles in them. My next friend got pink french tips. the french tip covers half her nail and are super thin u can almost see thru the pink. and my last friend is HORRIBLY shaped. we finally left at 5:30. I would NOT recommend going here unless u have 3 hours to kill for bad quality. very disappointed.

i love this nail salon, everyone here is extremely welcoming and the staff are all extremely friendly and know what they're doing, my nails always look incredible leaving!!!

Horrible!!! The owner did my nails. The color sample I had chosen was not the actual color and in fact was vastly different. She had 2 other people whose nails she was doing in the meantime as she was doing me, obviously focused on making as much money as possible instead of focusing on doing good work. Which I get, but not when you are doing crappy work. My nails were too thick, she didn't want to spend the time buffing them down, she cut me twice and didn't even acknowledge it, and then she sent in another girl to finish off the top coat. Since she was so busy doing other people. Except for she didn't do enough layers of the powder and my nails were not one color but marble looking. Not that she would know it since she was trying to make her money elsewhere. I told the girl my color looked extremely bad and my nails were obviously not finished. The girl agreed and the owner came back to do another layer, none too pleased about it. She kept saying she had no idea why my nails looked that way. Really? No idea at all? No idea how you were too cheap to do another layer and too distracted to notice or give a damn? In the end, in my opinion, it was all badly done, I didn't like her attitude and it took an hour and forty minutes to do powder which is at least 40 minutes too long. How is this woman in business?????? Never coming back! Do find another salon. I get wanting to make money but I don't appreciate being used to make money. You want money? Provide a decent honest service and people will come back to you

This nail salon was less than great. There were kids running the front and staff was incredibly unprofessional. In addition to that the work was sloppy. There was polish all over my fingers and were just uncleanly. Will DEFINITELY NOT be returning to this salon.
