Constantly closes early. I live two blocks away and used Great-clips for over 7 years. I recently moved to the area and I've checked in three times when I arrived it was closed. Each time they closed early. Once the staff was cleaning up and locked the door with the hours clearly posted. I could even see my name on the screen!!! The other times, the lights were out. I ended up driving to other locations and the other locations shared that it's super common that this location does it when it gets slow due to its owner. 1) Adjust your hours and fix your online and app hours posting. 2) If you're closed early because "it's slow" and customers are checked in, call them!

I really want to love this place, but there is no way I can give it 4 stars. Repeatability is key for a hair place, and this one is too iffy. There is 2 or 3 girls that can nail it every time, but that is if they are working. $13 ($18-20 with tip) for a haircut is pushing it, when you are taking that gamble. I know some people are going to say, "What do you expect from Great Clips?" I work random hours throughout the week, so scheduling an appointment at a finer establishment is out of the question for me. I will say, Sheila is outstanding! I hope and pray she is working every time I step foot in the door.
