Love this place, the service is really good and I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics done and they look so cute. The vibe was relaxed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Stay clear away from this place if you don't want to be yelled at for simply asking for the "professional" to fix the service that YOU, the customer, is paying your hard-earned money for. I entered this place to get a simple full set. It was only two people working, a woman and a male. Both were rude but the male got BELLIGERENT with me when I calmly and nicely asked for him to fix the shape of my clearly crooked nails. He started yelling and telling me that my nail bed was crooked & that's why it looked that way. I remained calm and explained to him that I get my nails done every two weeks and they have never been this blatantly crooked. He started YELLING, throwing up his hands, and getting visibly upset with me and didn't want to finish my nails. I asked the lady, the only other left person working, to finish them and she informed me it would be another 45min until she finished her customer. She THEN went on to side with him, saying that I should've told him it was crooked before he put the acrylic on. Basically blaming me for his poor work. Excuse me??!!! REGARDLESS of the one layer of acrylic he placed on, the nail could've been reshaped. That's all I asked for. Instead I left with half "done" nails and had to go to another nail shop to get them finished. I went over to Lazio Nails to get my nails fixed/done. I didn't even tell the lady the details when I arrived to the new spot. SHE pointed out to me that my nails were crooked and that the nails on my right hand were longer than the ones on the left. SHE was telling me how horrible of a job the last person had done. THEN i explained to her what happened and she laughed stating "you didn't even tell me and I noticed it. Why couldn't he see it"?! Which was my point exactly. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible experience. They have no written prices, they name the prices on the fly.... They charged me $92 for just painting toe nails (no manicure ....) plus $10 extra if you use your credit card. The owner is extremely rude on the top of that. When you question him about their procedure and written prices, he yells loud at you.

I will NEVER COME BACK. I got a full set on December 31st and it's only been 4 days. I have one nail missing && then I also have other nails lifting. On the nail that's missing 4 of my rhinestones are gone. Then they press their customers to take out cash when they have a card machine, just so they don't have to print out a receipt. I want a refund ASAP!!

I really want to like this place. My tech was really nice and they have the cutest kids. I like to support local folks. But when they mess up a nail that needs to be redone and you call to see if they have time to take care of it and then you when you arrive they tell you it would be an hour wait. I called 15 minutes before I showed up. No way 8 people all of the sudden showed up in 15 minutes and were all half way thru pedicures. Seriously, just say you are busy and I'll wait till another day or time.
