The gentleman who cut my hair refused to look over my profile and would have poorly cut my hair had I not moved my head away from his shears. Odd experience.

Kid went to get bangs cut. Simple. Apparently not. She agreed that it looked ok while being done because she couldn't have her glasses on and couldn't see, and was nervous as this was her first haircut in YEARS. She had moved it around by the time we got up to pay, had some tucked behind ears didn't see an issue. Also, couldn't see it right away when we left as it was windy when we walked out the door. Got home, kid was in tears. One half of her hair is the proper cut she wanted, the other is absolutely not, maybe an inch and a half shorter. Not the layered look on the shorter half. She has half of a curtain cut. Sobbed for hours because prom is in a few weeks. Trying not to cut anymore . Stupid of me to think that since all she was looking for was a simple curtain bang that they could handle it. Will NEVER go here again.

This was my second visit at this hair salon. Kortney was the stylist that cut my awful, thin hair both times. She did a fantastic job each time! I loved both haircuts and how she really made my hair feel fuller and thicker. In this salon the stylists and customers were very friendly. I definitely plan on being a regular customer. Joyce S.

Horrible. Asked for a fade she just threw a 5 guard on the side and said that was a fade. When I told her that she didn't do what I wanted she got rude and started to argue. I just wanted a fade dude.

I walked in at 745pm and one lady was super rude and said they were closed! Then why does the store sign say open til 8pm? I always tip $20 on a $19 haircut, and this lady didn't care. I asked to speak to a manager to echo my concerns and the assistant manager was more puerile than the First Lady! I asked for their district manager's phone number then she said she would cut my hair???? When I replied that I no longer wanted a haircut and just the DM's number she replied with "Google" it. Never goi there again and will spread work to my friends, family and colleagues. I'm disgusted with the way I was treated especially after being a loyal customer!
