this shitty ass place deserved negative stars because i went it there and told the lady want i want and she said "so i little trim" and i said yeah and she fucking damaged my hair and cut it so short i hate it so much this place is shitty and overpriced PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I checked waited two hours until it said 20 min. then I showed up waited another 40 min while they took their friends over checked in people, won't shadow that door again and will let my friends know.
Bad customer service! Very defensive when confronted about it. 2nd time I've experienced this at this store. I wont be back.

I'm not impressed with service there. Two times I went there, I had two different people and both of them didn't really care about the quality of the haircut. Last time I took my son and the lady totally messed up my son's hair, choppy all over the head, not even and the sides trimmed completely off:(( I don't think I'll go there again since it seems like for the hairdressers it's just " to get done " attitude.

Worst haircut ever. Thank G-d it will grow out. Looks like someone put a bowl over my head. I asked for a trim, not a scalping. She says, 'what don't you like? I'll fix it". I'm thinking , "you screwed this up and I've got about a quarter of an inch of hair left, if you think I'm letting you touch my head again, forget it". And stop talking about people behind their backs! Wish I could post a pic of this mess.
