I coughed and manager rudely told me to put on a mask or leave. I didn't have a cough. I had a tickle. They didn't have a cough for me to use. I told her I was a nurse practitioner and was not sick. She went nuts. Screaming and yelling. I was with my 4 year old grandson. She said I would not be serviced. I called complaint line and received a call from senior manager. She was ruder. Could not get a word in edgewise. Told her to be quiet. She also went nuts. Wouldn't talk to me. She stated "what are you?  67 years old"?  Crazy. Never again!!! Not worth the aggravation. Waiting for call from owner but not holding my breath. I surmise that if he has those ladies working for him he is not much better. She also made us wait outside in the freezing cold weather because there was not an "open chair" available.

Extremely rude staff. We've always been happy there but the last 2 times my son who is autistic has been mistreated and given a TERRIBLE haircut. Today wa a the last straw with the rudeness and condescending attitude.

I've been coming here for 5 years u til today. They are still forcing face masks. The place and service has dropped during the past year. They used to have a full staff now they have two people working. She told me to go to Kroger to buy a mask. Ironically Kroger does not require a mask

Do not recommend, especially not for small children. Unprofessional and rude staff. Long wait time , no urgency in staff. Employee walked in high as a kite with the smell following her through the whole store , which I dont think is suitable for children , at least try to cover it up. Waited almost 30 minutes and when I asked a simple question , the employee was snappy and rude about it, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Such a shame I use to love this location, dont know what happend , but huge decline in the past 6 months. Hope they work it out. Go check out famous hair in sandhills, much better service!
