Cheap and fast! Why else would you come here? 3 haircutters were working when I got there. Checked ahead of time so I was on top of the list. If you are looking for a standard haircut that does not have a lot of intricate cuts or don't have time to go to front-row barbers, you can check in and get a haircut in a jiffy. My haircutter and I had a difficult time understanding each other. But that is OK. if you are reading my reviews sometimes you don't understand what I mean. So I let that one go. I hope my wife will do the same because the part of the haircut that was more of her request was the part I could not seem to fully articulate / or she was not able to get. We will find out tonight. If it is not up to snuff, I might have to go to front-row barbers all the time...
What a Fabulous first experience!! Online checkin was simple and accurate Place is clean The staff is friendly Rae is so knowledgeable. I have super thin hair and asked for layers and she was honest and said how about minimal? She knew what would work for my hair and has the courage to point me in the right direction. I will be definitely be going back here
So my first time going to Great clips in Clinton was horrible as my review stated. However the owner reached out to me. Not only did I get a refund (minus tip) I received a do-over. The lady who did the cut was patient kind and understanding and her co-worker was equally involved in the process. Thank you ladies. See y'all in 6-8 weeks
Horrible experience! Employees arrive to work late and had a very negative attitude. I will never be return to this salon. Needs new management.
I've been going to this salon since they opened and lately the quality and service have been pathetic. I went today and there was one employee and I had signed in online. She was walking around saying she couldn't get the registers working. After being open for a half an hour, she started cutting hair for the first person on the list. I was third on the list. So, I was looking at about an hour wait! When I arrived, I saw another employee walking out mumbling to herself. And, she left! I don't fault the employees. I think the owner needs to step up and make the salon work the way it used to; with consistent employees, consistent quality and reliable wait times. As it is right now, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies!
