(11/26/22) I got lucky, Phillip was working. Well at least that's how it seemed at the time. I was counting on a haircut that I knew would be perfect and I was disappointed with what I received.
He kept asking me if I wanted him to do more, but all I really wanted to do was leave. I guess that my expectations of Supercuts have outlived the abilities of the stylists. Time to find a new shop.
I specifically asked the lady there if she knew what a fohawk was and she replied "yes". So I asked her to give me a simple fohawk and even showed her a picture to be sure, then she started to give me a Mohawk, so I stopped her as she started to go to high up! she said she could fix it and ended up screwing it up even more, so I told her to just buzz my whole head. Honestly I've had some bad haircuts before, but this one is by far the worst hair place I've ever been to! Do not recommend anyone to go here, just a heads up if your looking for a simple lookin hair cut.
Mixed feelings on this place. Didn't like how my bangs turned out after having them cut. Went back to have them fixed and Kiki did a good job. However make sure you hold on to your receipt. The person that messed up my bangs had all of my info wrong and the receipt was the only way I received the free fix. Not sure if I'll go back.
Couldn't give it five stars because of one lady that works here. She always gets things wrong, such as, haircuts, phone numbers, and names. Just saw a guy walk out when she asked to cut his hair. Lol...kikki is awesome on the other hand. Friendly, and a great stylist. She is the sweetest employee ever....she deserves a raise!!!
While the haircuts I have received have all been good ones, I have noticed a disturbing trend whenever I request shampoo. Supercuts has at least two price points for a shampoo-- regular and their premium product called Tea Tree. When my hair was cut by one particular stylist and I requested a shampoo she would always ask which shampoo I wanted, as the Tea Tree product is more expensive. However, on three occasions with three different stylists (the most recent one this past weekend), the stylist used Tea Tree without my permission and attempted to charge me for it. In each instance I had to challenge the stylist on the issue. There appears to be a disturbing, dishonest trend at this particular salon when it comes to charging the customer for something they did not request.
