Ever since COVID this location is randomly closed way too often during normal business hours. Checked in on the app -- 55 minute wait -- showed up and there was one employee working. Checked me in and proceeded to clean the store for 10 minutes, talking about her family and all their random life dramas. Skipped me in line for a random man who had been inside talking to her and wasn't checked in. I would recommend any other Great Clips unless you're picking up food or something nearby. One person cutting hair? What a waste of time...
The lady was vomiting in the bathroom (you could hear her) and she proceeds to come back out and cut hair for the remainder of the shift like nothing happened. This is a pandemic people. Still.
Entire staff super warm and friendly even in the last hour of opening!! T was a really awesome stylist. Detail oriented and really skilled. Best experience at a Great Clips ever!!
