Great Clips in Chandler, AZ

I checked in online, arrived on time said I checked in online and app said 5 minute wait. Updated 7 minutes later to 2 minutes, 8 ppl came in, 2 were seated before me when I was listed as next. Another person was called and I was told it's not my turn. I've been coming to the same location for a decade. You have lost a customer permanently.

I would like to thank Aleksyia at the Alma School/Elliot Great Clips for the wonderful experience today. She asked what my preference cut was, asked a few clarification questions and started cutting my hair. Throughout the process, she would visually review her progress and would adjust as needed. She is a true professional to her craft. Thank you, Aleksyia!

I got one of the best hair cuts I have ever had at this location. The hair dresser that cut my hair has been there for 20 years and was very nice. I would recommend her to anyone.

I checked in online for my son last Saturday to be checked in around 3:45. My husband and son go at that time and immediately upon entering are told by a lady with long grey hair that they are done for the day, nothing else. So my husband calls me from outside asking if we checked in, I show him a screen shot showing we are all checked in and to head to the salon at the time I stated above. So he goes back again with this rude lady trying to prevent him from entering. He was saying but we checked in. Again, she wanted to hear nothing of it, going on about how they had been there all day and are done. My husband says but we checked in and it says you are open till 4pm. She just kept saying they are done. Today got a lame email from Yvette Rios the owner stating "thank you for my feedback" and that "it has been addressed with the staff." Apparently the staff isn't listening, because I see numerous previous comments sharing similar experiences. My husband and 3 boys will never step foot in here again.

I showed up there was 7 people checked in online. There was 2 employees there and 1 person getting there haircut, so 1 employee was doing nothing, I checked in online and they still said could not cut my hair because they closed in 1 hour and 10 min the wait time was 45 minutes. I will never go here very rude. I need a scissor cut which takes 10 min.
