Hello, I was in this past weekend, and approached a woman to help me, closer to my age. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new pressed powder, and she helped me explore 3 different companies. I enjoyed working with her, and feel like there should be more like her, and her age, to help with ladies over 50. Her name was Gidget, and she deserves a lot of praise!
I'm not sure how this place is still open. They don't provide any of the services that the other Sephora places do. I came in to see if I could get a foundation color match maybe a few weeks ago. Apparently they don't do that at this location. But they do at every other Sephora location. I then came back a few days ago to do a return. Since I didn't do my purchase at this location they couldn't issue the refund, but made a one time "exception". Which doesn't make any sense to me. I bought it at a Sephora, you guys are Sephora, why wouldn't I be able to return it then. They are literally down the street from me which is why I've been to this location. Which now is absolutely pointless since they can't offer most of the services that Sephora should offer, because I guess their policies are different since they are inside Jcpennys. I just find it pointless for them to even have this location if they can't even offer any of the services that other Sephora locations can.

Went to the Sephora at Jcpenny for some perfume and Steph was so helpful. I wasn't sure which perfume to buy because she showed me so many good ones. She was super sweet and made my experience very pleasant.
I purchased a Fente foundation and tried to wear it a few times but it never quite matched my complexion. I called and spoke to Jasmine and she was very helpful. Jasmine explained to bring in the used foundation and swap it out for what I used prior, NARS. Once I arrived Jasmine did the exchange with no incident. Thanks hun!
