We go here for regular haircuts and always have a good experience with any of the stylists. The wait is never long and they do what we ask for. Prices are affordable, too.
If I could give them zero stars for customer service I would. The rude and off putting attitude of whoever answered the phone made sure I didn't go there. So if that's what you were aiming for, great, you nailed it!!
After having a very rude and unprofessional inconter at the Marion store next to Fairway and AutoZone. We left to go to the one on Mt. Vernon Rd. We was greeted with a very friendly hello and was asked if we checked in on the computer. We did and was less then a minute we was having our hair done. We will be changing our check in to Mt Vernon Rd. For now on. Theses ladies know what they are doing, they are nice and professional and they are nothing like the ones in Marion thank God
My boyfriend had a hair cut there this morning. Normally all he needs is a buzz cut(super easy), but the dude started shaving into his hairline in the front and it's all uneven. He's been there multiple times before and had a great experience, but the guy that did it this time did not impress him.
