This was done by a new stylist, regardless seems I ALWAYS have to go back to fix the cut or cut random long hairs tucked behind my ears that where missed, this last one is my last crooked cut from great clips in the Alcoa shopping center. Done
My two daughters went in great clips today for a trim. The girl that cut her hair was wanting to leave and in a hurry. She finished one in less than two minutes, uneven and had put a layer in the back of her hair. My other daughter had long hair she just wanted a trim. She cut three inches off of only one side. Her name was mckayla. Thankfully Seth and the other lady working was able to fix their hair evenly.
Terrible service my son doesn't like getting his hair cut (he's 3) so it's already an embarrassing the stylist was not interested in doin his hair from the jump plus I could tell didn't know how to do the cut I picked she just wanted to do an easy fast cut my older son got his cut and it was not a good cut but that's what you expect when you go to a place like this
Waited 30 minutes after checking in. One of the stylists let a regular (who had not checked in earlier and showed up 20 mins after me) ahead so that they could talk. Very unprofessional. Will not return.
I've gone back to this Great Clips several times since looking for one operator to come back to. It seems every time I find an operator I like she/he isn't there the next time I visit or within a time or two they're gone. Well, I've found Kristal and I'm hoping she'll be there for a while but as she's cutting hair while she gets a Marketing degree at UALR I'm sure she won't be there long either . . . . but until then I'll look for her, she gives a very good cut.
