Got gift certificates from my MIL for Christmas so decided to check them out. My 16 yr old & I both got full sets & deluxe pedis and it was AMAZING! The place was very clean. Everyone was super nice. They did beautiful work! I have definitely found my new nail spot!
WORST MEMORY POSSIBLE! I took my wife by here while we were on a business trip to get her nails done. Not only did they do a terrible job and used the wrong color, while I was waiting, I sat and watched a roach crawl across the floor. The place stinks terrible and that probably explains the bugs. She said it hurt at times when they were doing her nails which is unusual. I tried to speak to someone there about the issues but she kept pointing to some lady outside that was too busy yelling at some guy for parking in front of the store. When I did get to speak to that lady all she would say was "NO REFUNDS!" Now my wife feels like she is getting an infection under one of her nails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS place!!
They don't have good colors, they don't know how to paint. They are very rude and upset if you don't like their work. Please don't waste your time here.

Well.... my lady in Little Rock of 20 years retired and closed her store from doing nails! I have been looking for a new place! I have went there 3 times the first time was okay but I asked for bright neon pink and got orange (it was the dip my nails $45)!!! The second time was okay but in 3 days it already started chipping so I went back the owner was nice and fixed it no charge(which is what they should do) this last time the owners wife did my nails she was in such a hurry, she was so rough and did a terrible job with dip the next day it's chipping so I go back she fixes it I tip her 10$ so we're looming at 60$ now for a dip and now the next day ALL OF THEM ARE CRACKED AND CHIPPED!!!! SHE DID THIS ON PURPOSE!!! I will never go back. My daughter and I were supposed to do pedicures there today but I'll NEVER step foot in there again!!! She missed good $ I get then dipped every 15 days!!! Today I will be trying Star Nails!!!!
