I went in needing my almost shoulder length hair that was shaved on one side underneath to b evened up all the way around in a stacked bob but to keep most my length. Maybe take an inch off at most but mainly even it the best that could b done as im trying to grow it out. The stylist cut it so short i walked out looking like a boy with my hair 2 lengths in back and the opposite side is now shorter than the shaved side. You cant uncut hair so stylists these days need to watch what they are doing. You hair is one of the first things people see when they look at u and this is not the look i was going for especially as im in middle of job hunting. Not happy will not b returning!!!!!! If i could give negative zeros I totally would as this is a negative 5 star cut for sure
First off there is 2 people working and only one person is cutting and it is taking hrs for people to get their hair cut. Then one of the workers spent 30 minutes cleaning the sane thing. Then after she sat there watching people enter. Then the guy giving me a haircut didn't know what I asked for. So after the cut I look in the mirror and I have a bunch of hair sticking up. How can someone who cuts hair give suck an uneven cut.
I have been getting my hair cut at great clips for 20 years and have never had a bad haircut! People have always been friendly and capable of doing a great job! I use to go to a salon and spent anywhere from $30.00 - $50.00 and never saw a difference!

I go here regularly, and I've enjoyed most all of the staff and gotten a good haircut each time. Had to go back to get something fixed once but they were glad to do it.
I do have preferred stylists and they are ok with that. The staff is easy to talk to and are usually in great humor. As long as you understand that each person cuts hair a bit differently and has their own style and attention to different aspects it's worth the stop in! As with any place you need to communicate what you want in an understandable and comprehensive way.
