They didn't listen to what we wanted, they simply just did whatever they wanted to do. Then they proceeded to try to get the kid to blame his parents for him not liking his haircut when they really just didn't listen to what he wanted. The haircut wasn't horrible just not what we wanted at all.

Eddie North wants to say that Diane should be fired!! Well that's a matter of opinions!!! Diane cuts my hair and she is a very sweet, kind hearted lady!! She always cuts my hair the way I want it!! I never have once heard her bad mouth anyone while I'm sitting in her chair!! For him to say she's been fired 3 times is heat say and his comment should be deleted!! He doesn't know her or her life so he's grasping for straws to cause some one to lose their job!! Just shows that he doesn't know Diane at all to say something like that!! I go back every month because of Diane!! She leaves I follow her so she can continue to cut my hair!!

Worst haircut I've ever gotten!! The woman who cut my hair tried to yank it with a small tooth comb before pulling out a hairbrush. She then sprayed my hair with water and cut my hair wet. She never dried it and didn't put any product in it. I didn't tell her she couldn't do it. It was Great Clips so I didn't have too high of hopes but I didn't know it was this bad until it dried and I saw it at home. It's like she didn't even try.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!!!!  I will never come back! It was the easiest one to give too! I just wanted to have everything mowed down to the same level, beard and all. There are straggler hairs EVERYWHERE!!!! The person giving me the cut was showing someone how to do it.. GOD help her with that kind of instruction!!

The two worst haircuts I've ever had came from this location. The first one was bad enough that my wife and I decided the only real fix was to shave my head.

The second one was today. I've been growing my hair for the last six months, and have only been getting the sides trimmed and touched up, but letting the top grow out. I was asked if all I wanted was the sides trimmed and blended, which is what I'm normally asked and things have been fine at other locations. Things were going smooth until the woman cut off about two inches on top before I could even ask her to wait. Now that there was a hole, I told her I was growing the top and wanted the rest to be as long as possible. That didn't deter her, and I left with very short hair. I got home and was able to really look at it and saw that there were patches that weren't cut at all and my bangs were at a 45 degree slant. It looked like when a child cuts their own hair. I didn't notice it at the shop because the woman brushed my hair to the side as soon as it was cut and it masked how bad it was.

I ended up driving back and asked them to fix it. The same woman insisted she fix it. I should have known better than to let her try. At this point everything else is my fault for letting her near my hair and not just walking out. I had to tell her multiple times to stop cutting the hair on top. Each time, she said "I'm not cutting it, I'm just thinning it out." So now, I have several "thinned out" spots that are pretty noticeable.

Luckily, I had enough hair at the beginning of all this that I can find a real professional to fix this absolute garbage. I will never be going to this place again.
