Normally I take my son to the GC on Maple but we were in the area last week so we tried out this one. He gets the whole bottom of his hair shaved and the top is long. What's funny is that if I had come in and asked for every square inch to be a different length I'm not sure anyone could have done it. Yet somehow, that's the cut my son walked out with. I didn't even realize how bad it was until he got out of the shower later on that night. The upside, she was very friendly and personable. We will stick with Maple road GC from now on.
The excellent thing about this is that they ALWAYS cut it just the way I want it cut - just they way I asked them to. This may sound like a simple thing, but many places I have been to do not do this - I walk out with a haircut I did not want. Great Clips is terrific. And the barbers are all friendly, respectful, and they listen as I tell them what I want.
The Great Clips in Ann Arbor, Michigan has a fantastic general manager who hires excellent stylists. I had a lopsided haircut from a salon stylist re-cut and fixed by Ruth at Great Clips on Plymouth Road! I went at a time when they were not busy so that my haircut could receive proper attention. Bring a photo and communicate, don't be in a rush, and tip heavily! Thank you!

You lost me as a customer over $2! First, I waited 20 minutes for my haircut when the app listed my wait time as 0. Then, the stylist would not honor my $2 off coupon because it was a photocopy from my Church paper, rather than cutting it out of the bulletin. I hope the $2 was worth it!
