first of all - this was my first waffle house experience. heck, this was my first time in the dirty south (orlando florida does not count). i had waited 8 yrs to try waffle house after finding out about it from a college friend from atlanta (ryan h, holla). and the moment was here.
i got a waffle plus hash browns smothered covered chopped diced chunked capped what have you.
greasy and delicious, just the way i imagined it would be. apparently i also got a very authentic experience because the server was missing half of his teeth. he had a nice smile, nonetheless.
