Besides the wrong nail color for my manicure they soaked my hands in acetone to get old polish off so she could have a break. Soaking entire hands in acetone does not feel good on the skin and my hands still look like I've been in water for hours. During my pedicure she burned my foot in scalding hot water and very rough during both pedi and mani. Manager went to back and did not want to talk to me about wrong color. I picked out a white glittery color and got gray. They said color had fallen off of sample color which was false. They didn't want to own up to their mistake.
Update 5/27- Nails started chipping already after 2 weeks! Should have lasted much longer
Tony did an awesome job. On of the few times I've been happy with getting my nails done and not have to fix them at home. Make sure you make an appointment or you may be waiting a long time as a walk in.
I had made an appointment. Did not get called back until an hour later. Even after getting called back, I sat at the technician table, waiting for her to finish. Sat there another 10 minutes. It getting ridiculous. Other walk-in customers getting started before me even though I had an appointment. I was very disappointed and left the place. Do no recommend!
Stopped in to try the powder dip, I used to come and Henry did my acrylic nails before and did a great job. I haven't been in since Covid-19. This time I had Stella. I absolutely hate the look of these! Two are crooked and the almond shape that I requested is horrible it is rounded. I asked her to fix the crookedness and she got out a file and made a few swipes and done! Still crooked .I am not satisfied with these and I don't think I will go back.
Asked for almond got round. There is a bubble in my thumbnail that she tried to pick out, but couldn't remove, and didn't fix.I am just really disappointed and unhappy with these. $50. is a lot of money to get a crappy set of nails.
Absolute worst set of powder dip and pedicure that I have ever received. I have came here before and was at least moderately pleased today definitely wouldn't come back here and while they enforce mask the lady that did my nails kept cutting me with her fingernail as she manually pushed my cuticle away from the powder dip. She was rough to the point that I was irritated then even though my hand soaked for 10 minutes and acetone to remove the set that I came in with didn't even bother to put lotion on my hands afterwards. Moving onto the pedicure halfway through the pedicure she drops the UV light on my toe cutting it and then doesn't even say anything so I'm sitting there with my toe hurting and bleeding and she just proceeds to move on with the pedicure I definitely will not go back
