GM Ilash and Nails Hilo in Hilo, HI

Kevin did my pedicure.  I kept telling him he was massaging my legs too hard. He still kept the same pressure.  My legs were sore for the next 2 days.

I went to GM ILash and Nail salon last week Tuesday for a Mega volume set. I got it done with Paula. It was a nice set until I started to have clumps of fan's glued together falling out with my natural lashes a couple days after getting them done. They started to get irritated and sore. As lashes kept falling out in clups of fans with my natural lashes attached after a full week of having them on and pulling on my natural lashes, I was fed up with my lashes being sore and I went back to take them off. I could tell by looking at them that there were a lot more stuck together. I went in and they tried to tell me that the when you get a mega volume set this happens. They didn't know I was an esthetician and do lashes as well. I told her that I am an esthetician and this does not happen to my clients... They didn't know what to say. I also stated that I paid $180 for a set I am taking off a week later. She offered me a discount on the next time I get a Mega volume set. I told her I will not be coming back. They removed my lashes for free. As they should have because I only had them on for a week. After she took off the lashes she still had to take my natural lashes that were glued together apart. I got no sorry. I didn't get no money back and no discount . It really made me feel like they just want you in and out as fast as possible for the money and they not care about the long term affects for their clients lashes. If they have told me before that this might happen I would have not gotten them done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GM ILASH AND NAIL SALON FOR MEGA VOLUME SETS.  Please do not let this happen to you. Fall out is normal but clumps of 4-5 fans stuck together with glue and  multiple hairs attached is not normal. If I could I would do my own lashes but I cant so I trusted a Lash and Nail salon with my lashes. But that was my mistake.

A guy did my nails and cut my toe nails despite me saying do not cut my toe nails. Another lady had to paint them. I just couldn't leave there with the way he painted them. I just wouldn't go back to him. I felt bad but I'm honestly I would have not got my nails done by him had I known he didn't know how to paint them. Glad I didn't get any other service. He massaged pretty good.

I highly recommend Sarai for eyelash extensions. Starting with her fantastic personality ! Sarai kindly listens to my desired look  and delivers.!
My lashes stayed on over three weeks and counting.. I recommend everybody to go to see Sarai. She is highly professional and a lot of fun. She is very skilled .. she takes her time so that the outcome is perfect every time. So happy I found her.

I called this morning before they opened and they had an opening right then. Vivi was my tech and she was wonderful! I got the Pyramid Pedicure and her massage was so relaxing. I asked her for a small adjustment on my French tip, but she did it quickly. She made me feel relaxed and took her time to care for my feet that surely needed some help. Mahalo Vivi and GM iLash for fitting me in. I'll definitely come back for another pedicure and to try their other services.
