Very disappointed from time of walking in the door-wasn't friendly or welcoming at all! My sister and I scheduled for manicure/pedicure - our first time there. After waiting about 15 minutes after our scheduled time, someone said go wash your hands - we had no idea where the sink was so we were just wondering around to find it and then left standing there. Finally someone told us to go to pedi chairs. For the price we were charged, we certainly did not pay for the bare minimum, but that is the service we received. Won't be repeat customers!
Very disappointed, the person name ken did my nails very rude, clip my little finger, he file my nails with aggression, literally hurting on my corner of the nails, over priced. They need to make their client happy with good service, they do whatever they want, don't listen or understand the request of the client. Overall poor service, don't ever want to go back.
I had gel polish removed and new gel put on. Excellent application done. The nail tech, Alice, was meticulous and made sure each layer was done to perfection. She did my cuticles thoroughly and made sure the shape was done correctly. The salon was spotless. I'm looking forward to going back!
I have come to this salon for 2 years. It is the best one in the area. It's very clean, the staff is nice and professional. I've had acrylics with dip or gel polish. In all these years, I've had one nail break. I get them done about every 3 weeks. They always look fantastic. I can't emphasize that enough. If you are looking for a new salon, come here.
