They are very professional on doing my daughters nail. Nice staff, very clean, great location with plenty of parking. Unbelievable choices, literally thousands of colors and styles to choices. Highly recommend!
The staff was friendly but it took over 5 hours to get my nails done... a simple pedicure and dip nails... I've gotten them done at other nail shops before and it took 1 hour to 1 hour and half for both... I didn't realize the time until I left and for $90 they don't look good like the ones on there Instagram page. Not sure if I'll be back seeing as I wasted almost entire day off here:( the owner does amazing nail art and designs though! I would definitely return to her as she seems much quicker!
Very nice people, but way over priced for not so good work. I received the worst pedicure I've ever had. The dip nails were filed & buffed like someone at the nail school did them. The tips were so much higher & were raised up. Honesty for how much I paid, I would have rather went to the nail school & have a student do them. This is the 2nd time the work hasn't been done well, but I wanted to give them a second chance.
The customer service was great! But they are very expensive! I spent $75 on nails with dip powder and Jewels on one finger. They lasted a week before popping off! Very upset because the lady who did them insured they would last 3 weeks to a month! Back to the mall i go!
Got my nails done there. Looks like my granddaughter did them. They look terrible./ I showed them the picture on their website of how I wanted them. They said they were all their picture on there. My nails didn't look anything like they were supposed to. All the nails are different lengths and shapes. Will never be back!
