I was a little on edge going to a new hair salon because the last place I had been to had messed up my bangs about three different times, so I really wanted it to go well. The front desk people were so nice and Denise was so nice! She knew exactly what to do and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like, she matched it perfectly! Also, normally it takes 45 minutes to do my hair because it is so thick, but she knew to cut my hair first and then wash it so all in all it took 30 minutes, like it should!
I have bee going to Bass for about 23 years. There is no place like it. Best stylist and front desk people. I have never had a bad experience here. Love this place and people!
I plan to go to Bass, the next time I need to get a haircut. I use to go to Kim, when I was much younger. She always did a great job on my hair, plus she was so sweet to me! Mrs. Jean, always did my Mom's hair, my Mom's hair always, looked great as well! I have a hairdresser, not far from my home. I've used this hairdresser for awhile now, I think it's time for a change.
