I got a full color with Angie, and it turned out way too dark! Not what we discussed at all! Then, when I called back to make another appointment to try to give her another chance, she had the receptionist tell me that she was booked for the entire summer when in fact, I looked online and she has plenty of availability so they just straight up lied to me
Michelle is a miracle worker. For some reason I got the uncontrollable urge to "trim" my own hair and guess what it didn't turn out great. I called Halo salon to see if they had any openings. The receptionist was great and got me in right away. Michelle turned my do it yourself cut into an amazing cut with great layers and movement. I had her cut off more than I normally prefer due to the circumstances and before she even took scissors to my hair she showed me where my hair falls and how much I was asking her to cut. I am overly happy with how it turned out and can't wait her to cut my hair under "normal" conditions.
OMG!!! I am in my 20's and now that they did my hair I look like I am in the 70's. It was a disaster, for me. I suppose if I didn't mind if I had a dated hair style it would be okay.... way to many layers, but..... I am so upset I cannot even go on. It will take months to repair my hair.
Omg!! This place is great, but don't get the older lady to do ANY THING for you!! Ask for Michelle and you'll be fine. The older lady is the owner, and I'm afraid she might need to retire and take it easy at this point. But makeup and hair by Michelle is great!!
Got my hair done one month ago with Sunny. I asked for balayage and left with stripes in my hair. I wanted blonde and I got orange. The cut was exactly what I wanted but everything else was a disaster. I paid $170 for something I'm having to get redone. Be forewarned - I'm not a picky person... it's just that bad! The lack of reviews should be a red flag. A good/popular place would have more reviews.
