Glamour Eyebrow Threading & Spa in Mason, OH

I have been here multiple times, probably about 10 actually. I have had multiple incidences with the owner being a little rude to me. She will take your hand and place them, not gently where she wants them and move your head without asking. Today I go at 10 on the dot which is the time she said they opened. I waited for 15 minutes and the door was still locked and no sign on so I left. I ended up going back later because I really needed my brows done. She moved my neck so far that it was painful. Then proceeds to ask "just eyebrows or also upper lip?". I wrote eyebrows on the paper so I don't need my upper lip called out. Also the internet and her flyers say that eyebrows cost $15 but it's actually $16.85 and I paid with cash. The only reason I gave two stars is that my eyebrows do look good but I'm just tired of bad business here so I won't be coming back.

Sue did such an amazing job with my eyebrow threading. I've got really thick eyebrows that can easily be messed up but she had them looking the best I've ever seen. They looked so good my husband went in right after me to get his eyebrows done! Definitely will be coming back as a regular. Thanks so much Sue!

Sue was amazing! I was looking for a threading place nearby and so glad I found this place. Sue was gentle and I could barely feel the threading. Shape was great and service was quick. Highly recommend

Sue did a wonderful job cleaning up and shaping my brows! It was my first time getting them threaded and she did mine quickly and thoroughly. This is a great, clean space. Will definitely be coming back!

Very very bad experience at the Glamour Eyebrow Threading & Spa store today. The lady aggressively pulled my head because I'm not sitting straight enough for her. Then puts her hand over my hand to make me pull and stretch my eyebrows more. When i said I don't feel comfortable with her touching me and pulling my head this way. She replied rudely that it's my fault because I can't keep my head straight. I said that's enough and paid for my service and went out of the store. She came after me asking for my phone number and my name and threatened me, she makes you put your phone number and number before the service BTW. She screamed at me for a minute I felt she is about to hit me with something because I asked for the manager's phone number. I spoke with someone over the phone( supposedly the manager) who said she was coming at 12 and she never came and not answering her phone now. At this point I'm guessing she gave me her own phone number and pretended to be the manager. Save your money don't go to that place.
