I am a regular here! Hair color, haircut and eyebrow waxing. The stylists always do a great job. I started going here because they were much more reasonable price wise to color my hair than the salons in the area. Since recommending it to my family, it is now the only place we go!
I have been a Supercuts customer every two weeks for over 5 years all over the country. I visited this location 5 times every two weeks since moving to Ohio and was very pleased. Last visit I feel I was over charged. Previous visits13.00 for senior buzz cut. I was charged 15.00. I responded to company customer evaluation and described what I felt was POSSIBLE scam. I suggested they check their register to verify the amount of the transaction. They have customer profiles in their system and could have easily settled the issue with no further input from me. There was no follow to my comments. About 4 days later I contacted the corporate office to see if they had received my customer survey they solicited from me. I finally received a polite response and assurance that I would be contacted by the regional manager of this Mason location. The call I got was from a stylist at this location. For all I know she was the person who cut my hair. I did not feel comfortable dealing with this store as my intention was to continue using this store if in fact my observations were incorrect. I took complaint to CEO of parent company. She assigned the follow up to the store. If ownership doesn't care why should I? I went to Deerfield location yesterday. No shenanigans here and price was 12.00. This is a franchise store with far better service at a lower price. Corporate stores don't measure up.
