@salons117 ~ @redhairdontcarelindsay Lindsay apologized and stated she chose the wrong color for my hair, didn't cut correctly or style my hair even though all was paid for plus 20% tip. I have been asking for full refund and I was told no and I have kept it quiet and nice. I just would like to have my $211.00 returned so I could have my hair correctly fixed before Christmas. This isn't happening and I have not been able to go to holiday dinners/parties as it is that bad. I am not over exaggerating, I did not receive the services I requested and would just like my money refund as the FCBA states.
I always have a mediocre experience at salons - I go in, they cut my hair, and I leave sort of satisfied. However, I left Salons 117 so excited and empowered!!! Brie cut my Hair and was so helpful throughout the whole process. She talked to me about everything she was doing, what products she was using and why she was using it. I have never felt more confident in my hair and I'm so thankful I found this place!!! Will definitely be back :)
