I can do nothing but praise this beauty salon from stylist, products, expertise knowledge of hair to attention to clients wishes & needs.
Took my 12 year old granddaughter that previous stylist had been relaxing and over processing her hair over several years. Her hair was extremely damaged, dried out, brittle, frizzy and lots of breakage. Raylen was recommended to me & I set up a consultation. Raylen recommended treatment which we did. Upon 1st treatment there was noticeable improvement. Hair was soft, conditioned, manageable and no more hair breakage.  Raylen is the only stylist I've ever found to be a true authentic stylist that knows what they are doing & her products are amazing.
I will never use another Salon or stylist

My mother is a senior citizen.  She has short hair.  According to the receipt...The services she received for her hair at this salon totaled a whopping 126+ bucks.  She had a trim 50 bucks, edge touch up 20 bucks, some gimMee service I couldn't describe but might have been hair color for 50 bucks. All for a person who has less than 2 inches of hair.  I don't go to this place myself but I'm going to encourage my family not to take my mom there ever again. P.S. They also send text messages letting you know that if you get your haircut you have to pay extra for the style. That is some greedy business price inflation and just foolery. I'm so upset at the service decline since my mom's been going here.  Ask me how good her hair looks for that price.  I would have put no stars on this one. Jesus take the wheel!  I hope business and service karma catch them right where the good Lord split them!

What a warm and friendly environment -- so peaceful and serene. From the amazing shampoo experience to the fabulous styling, I couldn't be more pleased. These ladies are professional and fun to be around. I actually fell asleep several times while they were working on me. I was THAT relaxed!

Online booking makes setting an appointment so simple. They even have text reminders for appointments.

I would give them six stars if I could!!

PARENTS if your child is under the age of 10 they CANNOT get their hair done here. I am praying any parents considering services at Gimme Beauty Parlor see this before they book!! There is apparently a disclaimer on their website (that I did not see until today- keep scrolling on their booking page, you'll eventually find it). We had an unfortunate experience today. Was expecting a great one, so it's quite sad. Not to mention half of my morning as a busy mom was wasted. My daughter's hair is natural, and I want to teach her to take care of it, love it, and appreciate it. I heard Gimme Beauty Parlor was the best place to go for something like this. I was even interested in purchasing product from their hair care line as well, but we never got that far. We showed up today for her 7:30 AM appt. (which was booked a month ago). She was to get a wash, with a special edges treatment (which she really needs), and a style. My daughter was so excited to go to the "salon" and have her hair done! She's quite mature for her age, so she even brought her favorite book to read :) They asked me how old she was and then told me that at age six she's too young to get her hair done there. She was just standing there seeing the other ladies under the dryer, getting hair washed, and was so confused as to why she couldn't get hers done too. Bless her heart, she didn't make a fuss in the salon, just cried when we got into the car. Posting this here to forewarn any other parents who may miss the disclaimer like I did. I never made it far enough down the webpage to find it, just selected the "services" tab and began booking. There is nothing within the scheduling system that alerts that they don't do kids. I'm sure the services they provide are wonderful, but unfortunately I can't attest to that because we were turned away, even though we had booked the time. I'm not sure if there are legal reasons why they don't do kids' hair. But I feel like since we already had the time booked and we were there, they could've offered to complete the service on a one time basis just for the sake of good customer service. After all we showed up at 7:30 AM. If any moms/dads are out there you know time and sleep is precious. I would never turn away a mother who brought their child in for an early morning appt., because I know what it takes to get up and get out the door that early with a kid, and actually make it somewhere on time. Yup, Gimme Beauty Parlor was a bust for us. For what it's worth, the shop is beautiful. And the owners were not rude, but definitely not accommodating. I had to ask if they knew anywhere/anyone else that could do my daughter's hair, and of course there's nowhere to take her on such short notice. My daughter loves to draw. I looked up and she was drawing this picture today. She told me it was me and her in the salon, with a sad face because she couldn't sit in the pretty chairs and get her hair done.
