Cut was so so...The lice she got was the real star! $20 hair cut turned into $100 in treatments for a family of 6 for our hair and our furniture plus the JOYOUS hours we spent treating everyone and everything! Awful! Just god awful! Can you not do a simple first haircut?! My 2 year old sat perfectly still and u still screwed it up. You gave her a 1980s mullet with crooked bangs. Didn't even wet her hair down . Omg !!!! Don't go here !!!! It's beyond fixable ruined. A drunk blind man could of done a better job. Just disgusted !
Don't waste your time going to this place. Three times we have checked in ahead only to get there and be told it would be 45 minutes to an hour longer. Haircut is sub par at best when u finally get in.

Although their keen sense of customer service appeared impeccable... their ability in regards to a service which ought not be offered unless a professional is be scheduled for this particular service. Tonight was truly horrendous outcome.
As I walked outside into chilly December air I was in need of more than just a jacket. It seemed that I was nearly 20 years younger lieu of not having at sort of facial hair.
Needless to mention that Great Clips had THREE staff members on duty or that I was still required to pay for each of their INCOMPETENCES.

I went there as a walk-in and told them I didn't think they could get me right in I had a bus coming in 25 minutes, but the girl at the counter insisted she could. well Before I sat down some a-hole sat in the seat where I had parked my cart to give the Girl my information and 2 young Brats came in and said they had signed in online. She still insisted they could get me in. this would have meant I would have missed my bus back home and would have then had to call a taxi or Uber to get home and a simple haircut would have cost me 70 dollars. I will Never again Use Great Clips
