My favorite place to get my hair done. They are courteous and handle your hair with care. I have natural hair and when I leave out my hair looks like I have a perm..its straight and silky. If you want a great look, check them out.

I had been going to this salon every two weeks for 1 year straight and I couldn't believe the way I was treated yesterday. All because I believe the salon was "slow" due the Coronavirus and they was looking to make extra money off me. I brought what I was told was "clip in" hair. I paid $110 per bundle and was told oh we have to "make the clip ins". They told me we'll style your hair and put them in and they'll be ready by the time you come in. Yesterday, I went to have them put in only to be told I had to pay an extra $80 fee to "make the clip ins" when 1. they sold the hair to me telling me they were clip ins they just hadn't been made yet 2. They NEVER mention any other associated fees 3. The owner never called me back to mediate this situation considering I was a loyal customer 4. The whole time I was their they was talking about how "slow" it was. When you buy clip in hair you buy clip in hair you don't pay extra fees. Any fees should've been included in the purchase of the hair. I will never return to this shop because they ripped me off and purposely gave me miss information. How can you spring a fee like this on someone? That wasn't right and they definitely lost a loyal customer with this one. I had even recommended others to this shop. Never again!!!!!!!

1st time visit and was great experience. Morena did her thang. My hair was longer than my shoulders and asked for a aline cut and she did it great. I will def continue to come back to her.... quick and not expensive at all. Was in and out in less than 3 hours with deep conditioner

I've been going here since they (re)opened as Salshevis at this location. Dominican salons get a bad rap for all the heat, but my hair has done nothing but grow. But you gotta know what is good for your hair. I am not natural, I touch up 3-4 times a year and keratin every 6 months. I get my trims every time I get touch up and I trust them with all those services. They specialize in hair care, I see them always give advice to people on needing a trim or conditioner; don't understand how people don't know the importance of both things! They have a great product line!
