Beauty Touch Hair & Nails in Glen Burnie, MD

I have been going to Beauty Touch nails for over 5 yrs. It is one of the best nail shops in Maryland. Location: it is perfectly located inside the entrance of Walmart on Ordnance Road. Atmosphere: it has a small but convenient waiting area & there are additional seating right outside of it due to Walmart. They are also covered. Shop set up: there are several pedicure & nail stations. They are very very clean and provide spacing between stations. There is no restroom in the shop itself, but they are located a few steps from the one in the Walmart. The hand wash station is always clean and they provide clean individual towels to dry your hands! Personnel: EVERYONE in the shop is skilled (not very common) I personally see Lehang Thi Le (Judy). She is exactly what I require: Perfectionist with a meticulous eye. My nails have always been amazing when she does them! She isn't rushed! I love her! She isn't a heavy talker. She likes to concentrate so don't take it personally! Her husband: Mike. He is quick & extremely skilled. You bring him a picture he got it! Their long time family friend Christy: She is much like Judy. Meticulous & a perfectionist. She is also not rushed! If you are looking to have a conversation...she doesn't mind small talk, but she is about getting her nails perfect! These are the 3 I recommend. They have others that are amazing, but these are my top 3! Ps Vicki: she's a college student so she isn't always, but when she is...She's amazing! My mom loves her!

I came into the spot around 6:30 PM for a manicure pedicure and was turned away because no one wanted to do my hands and feet. This place isn't customer service friendly, avoid them at all cost.

Over Priced for a crappy job. They used a fake nail to try and remove my old dip and in the process ruined my natural nail. My fingers are now tender to the touch. I will not go back here.

I got my nails done by mike. He over charged me for a terrible job, my nails started to fall off after 2 days. I called to asked if there's anything they could do and they told me I needed to pay again. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and he said that was him... then he hung up on me. I tried to call back and they didn't answer. If you feel like wasting your money go there. The only positive was the girl who did my pedicure, super sweet. But Mike is extremely unprofessional

I drive an hour to just to get the phenomenal service. It's never a hit or miss with them because every time I have came their work is always amazing! I've tried multiple places in my area but nothing compares to the service & quality.
